Google Goggles

A visual search application for Android Phones. Until now the only option for website was typing or speaking. Now you can search by taking a photo.

To get info of a book, open google Goggles in your phone, fill as much of the screen as possible and take a picture. You can see the exact book match in the search results, without typing or saying a word. Another good use of Google Goggles is scaning a business card.

You can also figure out the title of an artistic painting or a land mark information by simply taking its photo. For local business information you dont even need to take a picture. Just point to the store using GPS and Compus, Google Goggles will give you the Name. Tap the name to learn more about the establishment.

Visual technology will help you do more like suggesting moves in a chess game, or taking the picture of a leaf to identifying the plant. Might be thinking what to do with all these pictures you take. You can choose to discard the pictures you are taking as soon as the search is done, or save as your search history to view them at any time.

This app is only available for android phones for now. You can donwload Google Goggles from Android Market.
